Campus Recruitment• Intern hiring support, sourcing, and interviewing qualified candidates, coordinating interviewsand deliver offer.• Campus recruitment campaign brainstorm, creative design and event organization• Engage in various HR events (Onboarding orientation, Intern Gathering etc..) 3. Recruitment Support• Weekly report collection & consolidation• Candidate sourcing and CV screening• Interview arrangement and coordination• ATS maintenance4. TA Project support• Collaborate with TA team in different markets of APAC to conduct research in talent market• Various APAC TA projects and assignments supportRequirements• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree• Good intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant andwilling to learn• Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)• Fluent in both oral and written English• Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months
